Cancellation
Cancel your subscription any time, in one click from your profile page. Your benefits run to the end of the period you paid for; nothing is charged for the next one.
Refunds
A full refund is given within 14 days of purchase where the service hasn't been used. Being added to the whitelist and joining the server counts as using it.
Technical failure
If your payment cleared but you weren't whitelisted or your Discord role wasn't granted, your time is frozen until it's fixed; if it can't be fixed, you're refunded in full.
Rule violations
An account removed for breaking the rules isn't refunded for the remaining subscription. Buying VIP does not exempt anyone from the rules.
Donations
Direct donations are given without expectation of return and aren't refunded. For a donation made by mistake, message us on Discord within 7 days.
For a cancellation or refund, a message in the support channel on Discord is enough. discord.gg/oglead
